Production
The traditional wine of our Champagne House, made exclusively with 100% Chardonnay. Dosage of sugar: 10g/l. This wine is also produced as Demi-Sec with 30g/l.
Tasting Notes
Robe: pale yellow with green highlights, enhanced by fine, continual bubbles.
Nose: Floral notes and notes of citrus fruit and peaches.
Mouth: well-balanced, lively and fruity.

Accomplished as an aperitif as well as with starters, shellfish, fish and white meat. Demi-Sec: the ideal companion for your desserts.
