Production
A harvest selected from our sunniest plots with the lowest yields. A blend of 2/3 Chardonnay and 1/3 Pinot Meunier. Dosage of sugar: 15g/l. The Cuvee Prestige is also offered as a Demi-Sec at 36g/l.
Tasting Notes
Robe: fine, continuous bubbles, sparkling straw-yellow colour.
Nose: a very fruity blend of blossoms.
Mouth: a wonderful sensation of gentle sweetness, spirituous but also pleasantly crisp.

A refined, feminine cuvee, a champagne for all occasions to drink until dawn. The Demi-Sec Cuvée Prestige is ideal with foie gras, Roquefort and desserts.
