Our Champagne House with its emblematic “Blanc de Blancs” is proud to introduce the Blanc de Blancs Grand Brut cuvee, 100% Chardonnay from old vines. Dosage of sugar: 9 g/l.
Tasting Notes
Robe: elegant with highlights of golden yellow.
Nose: intense with aromas of dried fruit mingling with white-fleshed fruit.
Mouth: a sensation of buns and minerality. A persistent, crisp and elegant finish.
Food & Wine Pairings
Particularly good with scallops or oysters, but also perfect with grilled fish.
